The Chilkat Indian Village is soliciting applicants for Culinary Academy Scholarships. Applicants should have an interest in pursuing a career with the Hospitality House and the Restaurant Services Industry. The selected applicant must commit to attending the Culinary Academy training program in Seward, AK from August 2010 through July 2010. The next course starts in August 2010
This position is related to the grant received from the administration for Native Americans to assist with the business development of the Hospitality House.
This grant will be active through September 2010.
The Hospitality House will be opening for business in the late Spring 2010. All questions should be directed to the Tribal Administrator in the Tribal Office; or, you may contact Elizabeth Strong in the Tribal House.
