Realty Program
The Chilkat Indian Village Realty program provides
professional land management services to Native Landowners of restricted
properties. The program services include allotment adjudication, rights
protection, land conveyance procedures, land management-counseling, probate,
and Last Will and Testaments preparation. To be eligible to receive services by
the Realty Program you must own or have a potential interest in restricted
property.
