The Chilkat Indian Village Housing office was created to provide assistances to qualified residents of the Chilkat Indian Village of Klukwan, Alaska, and the Chilkat Valley by providing safe, energy efficient, sanitary and modern housing opportunities.
Realty Program
The Chilkat Indian Village Realty program provides professional land management services to Native Landowners of restricted properties. The program services include allotment adjudication, rights protection, land conveyance procedures, land management-counseling, probate, and Last Will and Testaments preparation. To be eligible to receive services by the Realty Program you must own or have a potential interest in restricted property.
